Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Prepare-
Cut pieces of chicken into 2 inch strips, sprinkle
chicken with garlic salt, pepper and chili powder,
however much you would like, we usually roll ours
into the season as we love flavor in this house!
Wrap chicken pieces with half strips of bacon, roll
in brown sugar
Set on baking tray, preferably one with edges as the
bacon grease will leak, we use a brownie tray! Bake
at 400 for 40 minutes turning half way between!
Serve and enjoy!

















Zesty Chicken Kabobs with Seasoned Bacon Beans
Prepare-
Marinade- 1.5 cups vegetable oil mix in 1 tablespoon
salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2
teaspoons ginger, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1
packet of dry Italian dressing, mix well and set
aside.
Cut chicken into 1"cuts and mix into marinade,
cover and set in fridge for 4 hours OR use the
Jaccard speedy marinater and have it ready in as
little as 5 minutes, we did 10 for extra zest:). Place
pieces of chicken on skewers remembering to
leave enough room at the bottom to hold. Grill on
med flame for 15-20 minutes turning every 3-5
minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Seasoned bacon beans
2 cups green beans heat on stove top with 2/3 cup of water for 12 minutes, mix 1
tablespoon of butter, 1teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ginger, dash of salt and
pepper, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, mix well, toss with fresh
bacon bits.
Loaded Baked Potato Soup
4 large baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
6 cups milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
4 green onions, chopped and divided
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups medium Cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and heat in
microwave until soft, set aside.
In a large stockpot, melt butter over low heat. Add flour, stirring until mixed thoroughly;
about 1 minute. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a
whisk until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 2 heaping
tablespoons green onions, half the bacon and 1 cup cheese. Cook until thoroughly
heated. Stir in 1 cup of the sour cream. Add extra milk if too thick.
